For those of you that still have a pending custom set up and VIP upgrade request, we will process this for you as soon as possible!
With the tremendous growth Yoonla™ has been seeing over the past few weeks, we grew out of our current support resources. For a number of reasons, this had caused delays in support and providing the custom set up offers for new Yoonla™ members.
Unfortunately there have bee 3rd party issues as well over the past week or so, such as:
- FTP access issues which meant we could not connect to domains to assist with the upload of the digital products and websites. We have created an easy video how some members can do this themselves though.
- People sending us incorrect details such as the GetResponse API which meant we could not connect Yoonla™ to autoresponder campaigns. Having to email back and forth with people increased delays massively.
- People sending in bogus custom set up request with no valid domain and/or autoresponder details at all.
And with the amazing popularity the Yoonla™ platform and community has been seeing, we outgrew our current support resources too.
To get back on track with the pending set up and support delays, we have been:
- Getting new amazing staff and have been training them to join the Yoonla™ support team to assist with your requests and have made improvements to the support flow.
- Optimizing the support flow and support community to allow more personal and priority support to VIP members.
So we are seeing improvements already right now - please have a little more patience whilst we work through the back log of custom set up request and we will have you all set up as soon as possible.
