As we updated yesterday, we have immediately discontinued traffic, referrals and VIP referrals from Vietnam due to the huge spike in fraudulent activity and low quality traffic.

I can see a lot of questions being asked of people wondering if they can sign up their Vietnamese friend who lives outside of Vietnam.

    The answer is: no.

Simply hiding someone's IP to make them look like they are from another place than Vietnam is not going to work. Even if it might register their referral at first, they will be declined at time of processing and you won't receive credit.

In fact, faking your IP will be grounds for immediately termination of the Yoonla™ affiliate program.

If you have pending VIP upgrades from Vietnam up until today, those will still be accepted and processed soon.

    PLEASE NOTE:
We have some fantastic members and affiliates on the platform and in the community who are from Vietnam and we LOVE having you with us.

If you are a current Yoonla™ affiliate from Vietnam, you can continue on our program and will simply need to drive traffic from other countries, but no further traffic from Vietnam.

So if you are a Yoonla™ affiliate from Vietnam, please promote other countries and focus your traffic on generating referrals from USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand etc.

UPDATE: We are currently testing the migrated data and will update the DNS this morning. This means, there may be some downtime of the affiliate tracking and affiliate program.

We will update again later today.

    UPDATE:

The majority of the migration to the cloud servers has been completed.

We are just awaiting final confirmation still from the developers that will check that all is working fine. Once I receive the final confirmation we will update the DNS for the Yoonla™ affiliate program servers. Which is when there may be some down time of the tracking and affiliate dashboard.

I will update here when this has been done.

Thanks for your continued patience and support!

    Cheers,

    Reno

    UPDATE:

The final data migration of the Yoonla™ affiliate program has been completed.

We have now updated the DNS to the new cloud servers. Please note, this can take 12-24 hours to propagate depending on your location.

During this time there may be down time of the affiliate tracking and the affiliate panel.

As soon as you will have access again to the Yoonla™ affiliate dashboard, the propagation has been completed.

We sincerely apologize this upgrade took longer than expected. We are now hosting the affiliate program on cloud servers with our developers at increased performance, security and reliability.

Thank you so much for your patience and support.

    UPDATE:

There was significant downtime of tracking and the affiliate access yesterday through the change of DNS to the cloudservers.

It looks like it has fully propagated for most locations and affiliate access and tracking is fully operational again. If you don't have access yet, please wait another 24 hours as it means your location has not fully propagated yet.

Some people have not received their affiliate access and we are working on re-sending those. Please allow time for us to process as it is weekend and support will be limited.

Support will be available Monday to Friday (Sometimes during Saturdays but for limited hours)

Please note: You may have seen commissions missing from yesterday which is due to the upgrade and downtime of tracking which we advised everyone in advance. Those commissions cannot be restored. We did give everyone plenty of notice on this in advance.

Thank you for your continued patience and support!

    Cheers,

Reno & the team at Yoonla™

    UPDATE:

It has come to our attention that the DNS has not yet fully propagated yet for all locations. Although usually for most locations this takes no more than 12-24 hours, it can take up to 72 hours.

The following issues have been reported:

    • Some people are still unable to access the Yoonla™ affiliate panel.
    • Some people are unable to receive the signup/password confirmation email.
    • Some people are seeing increased duplicate referrals

It looks like the above issues have to do with the recent upgrade to the cloud servers and the change of DNS settings of the Yoonla™ affiliate program.

Please allow until after the weekend. We will get our developers to verify the DNS first thing on Monday.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will have this fully resolved as soon as possible.

    Cheers,

    Reno

    UPDATE:

Unfortunately some people are still reporting not receiving the affiliate sign up emails and there are still reports of DNS issues.

I would advise to still hold off your traffic for the time being until these issues have been fully resolved. Our developers are working on this right now.

I will update again when this is fully resolved.

    Cheers,

    Reno

[Yoonla™ CPA] ==> Quick Update on the DNS issue with the new cloud server.

It looks like there was a miss-configuration when we made the switch to the new cloud servers.

The fix has been made but it may take a few hours for it to update fully. Only then we will know if that was indeed the only issue.

    Fingers crossed. ;)

In the mean, hold off with your traffic for a little longer just so we can verify it is all indeed 100% operational and the DNS configuration has fully updates.

We know it is frustrating to have this delay, we sure think so too!

The affiliate email issue has been fixed and by the looks of things, everyone is now receiving their affiliate login details if they had not received those yet.

I will update again later once we have been able to verify the updated configuration to have fixed the error.

    Thanks for your continued support!
