Why are my referrals still ‘pending’ after commission processing?

There are 2 likely reasons why your referrals still have a pending status after the commission processing has been completed.

Firstly, Yoonla™ is based in New Zealand, so we process commissions and referrals in the New Zealand time zone. Your affiliate account should be set as default New Zealand time-zone but you may have chosen to select a custom time-zone, in which statistics will show up differently.

Please follow this path to check and update your time zone:
Affiliate Dashboard> My Profile> Personal Details> Additional Information> Unselect 'Use custom timezone'> Save.

Alternatively, it may be that some of your commissions are under review by our Network Quality team. You will have received an email from our Network Quality team if your account is under review.
